Tucson Wagon and History Museum Needs Your Help!

The Tucson Rodeo Parade is celebrating its 99th year in 2024. That’s 99 years of Western heritage! The Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee is embarking on a fund-raising effort to provide funds to improve its museum facilities.

Tucson Wagon and History Museum, opened in 1964, has provided thousands of visitors a view into the past. Housing a horse-drawn vehicle collection of over 125 wagons and buggies, the museum is located at the Tucson Rodeo Grounds, 4823 S. Sixth Avenue. The museum is sited in structures that once were home to the Pima County Fair livestock show, and the hanger of the original Tucson Municipal Flying Field; the first municipally owned airport in the United States. Needless to say, after all these years, these structures are in need of renovation.

We are asking your financial assistance in becoming a Friend of the Tucson Rodeo Parade. Your donation, in any amount will help refurbish the museum facilities. The Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee, Inc. is a 501c(3) tax-exempt organization, and all donations are fully tax deductible. All donations will be gratefully acknowledged with a receipt for tax purposes. Please send your contributions to the address below. Help us keep the museum alive!
