For Grandstand tickets: “No refund will be provided for ticket purchases.”
For Entries: “Refunds will only be granted if written notice of your cancellation to participate in the Rodeo Parade or change in your paid signage package is provided to the Tucson Rodeo Parade Office Manager on or before January 31 of the same parade year. The TRPC has 60 days from the Parade date to provide the applicant a refund. “
For TRPC Equipment/Horse Rental: “A refund for the cost of the Tucson Rodeo Parade Equipment Rental and associated horse and driver rental will be provided only if complications with the horse, driver or equipment prevent the entry from finishing the parade route. This decision is the sole discretion of the Rodeo Parade Committee. The TRPC has 60 days from the Parade date to provide the applicant a refund.”
Grand Stand Tickets purchased after February 12th, 2017 will not be shipped. These tickets must be picked up at the Parade Office. No Shipping and handling fees will be charged for these.
