Dear John;

I am enclosing a copy of our letter to the Tucson Parade Committee relating to the use of the former Exposition, Fair and Poultry Buildings, which are being turned over to them for their permanent use as a museum and as a place of storage and maintenance for such parade equipment. I discussed this matter With you over the phone, and I understood that you were in full accord with the turning over of these buildings as agreed last year, but I did want you to have a copy of this authority for use which our Board was granted to the Parade Committee in order that there be no misunderstanding regarding the use of these buildings. In the event the Fair Commission should wish to use these buildings at a later date, such arrangements must be made directly with the Parade Committee, as this letter will give the Parade Committee full control and custody of the buildings. Will you kindly at your earliest convenience acknowledge receipt of this communication and issue me that this is in accordance with your understanding.
