Instructions for printing these 6 forms.
1. Place the cursor over the form and Rt.
click. You will see an option "save picture as" click this.
Some machines will have an option to print picture...Click
that option. and skip 2-5
2. Then a box will open to Save the image in your "My Pictures
Folder" click save.
3. Do this to each Form (there are 6 forms) you will have them all in your "My
Pictures Folder"
4. The next thing to do is to print them.
5. Open each form in Microsoft Photo Editor, Paint or IrfanView and
print it out.
Any photo editing software will probably do the trick.
Be sure and select fit to page for best results.
